From our Blagdon site on the outskirts of Bristol, we operate a highly technical helpdesk service supporting clients running Microsoft, Novell and SUSE Linux products.

We typically provide 2nd line support to your organisations technical staff, on Network and Systems related issues with full escalation capabilities to the vendors.

This service is available on a single call, 5-call or unlimited call annual contract basis. Please also view our support bundle offer, which incorporates support, consultancy and training into a single package deal.
