Your Account
By using the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the My Account area of the website.

ITS FEDA Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Access to the ITS Online Shop
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds - Your Statutory Rights

Cooling-off Period
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of e-Learning vouchers where the voucher has been redeemed or software products where the item has been unsealed except where the product is deemed faulty, or for services provided within seven working days: if you agree that you want a service to begin before the end of the cooling-off period you will not be entitled to cancel once that service has started.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email eshop@itsgroup.org.uk giving as much detail as possible and the reason for the return and we will advise you on how to return it. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you simply deliver them to us by hand without notice.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if posting.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge if it has not yet been despatched--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. For more information on your right to withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, visit the Department of Trade and Industry's website at: http://www.dti.gov.uk/ccp/topics1/guide/homeshop.htm#cooling
