Course Overview
ZENworks 10 Configuration Management is an open directory structure allowing you to use either Novell eDirectory or Microsoft Active Directory. It offers multiple platform support including Windows Vista, and new interfaces and functionality making it a snap to manage your network, your users, and your company assets.

Audience
This course is for established Novell software administrators or new Novell customers tasked with evaluating or administering Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management.

Prerequisites
You should already be familiar with using eDirectory and related tools (such as iManager), and have some experience administering products such as ZENworks Desktop Management.
